Were expanding our Sales team and looking for a full-time Setter to open doors, spark interest, and book high-value calls.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential leads across multiple channels, book discovery calls, and follow up to drive pipeline momentum

• Own top-of-funnel outreachidentify strong leads, craft DMs that get replies, and consistently book qualified discovery calls

• Conduct value-driven follow-ups to ensure no opportunity is left idle

• Sync weekly with the sales team to review goals and remove blockers

• Independently manage your time and workflow using time-blocking and task tools

Requirements:

• Proficient English speaker

• Entrepreneurial, self-starting attitudeyou hunt, learn, and set calls without being told

• Previous experience in outbound sales and/or warm intros is a bonus, but attitude and drive are most important

• Not afraid to send cold DMs at volume if thats whats needed to generate traction

• Able to commit at least 40 hours/week

• Willing to go the extra mile to meet targets
