About the Role:

Were looking for a Community Growth Manager to own engagement, communication, and operations across Telegram and Discord. Youll collaborate closely with the development and growth teams to launch high-impact campaigns, support users, and build systems that scale.

This role is perfect for someone who lives in community channels, understands how to energize and retain users, and knows how to turn a fanbase into an army of advocates.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Discord and Telegram security, permissions, roles, and bot access

  • Keep community channels clean, structured, and up to date

  • Collect and route player feedback, supporting quick and effective resolution

  • Onboard and orient new users across Telegram and Discord

  • Create daily and weekly engagement campaigns for hypergrowth

  • Represent the brand in livestreams, AMAs, and community events

  • Support game events, campaign activations, and live updates

  • Track and report on community KPIs (engagement, retention, churn triggers)

  • Maintain and improve knowledge bases to keep users informed and engaged


Requirements:

  • 3+ years in community management, with Web3 experience

  • Expert-level familiarity with Telegram and Discord tools

  • Ability to run community security protocols (role audits, bot permissions, lockdowns)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfort hosting AMAs, livestreams, or Spaces

  • Ability to engage, hype, de-escalate, and support users

  • Terminally online you know where the conversation is and how to shape it

  • Proactive problem-solving and system improvement instincts

  • Growth-driven mindset focused on community-led outcomes


Bonus Points:

  • Experience launching referral or reward-based campaigns

  • Familiarity with AI tools for automating community workflows

  • Prior use of Zendesk or similar support platforms

  • Experience scaling communities or mini-apps inside Telegram

  • Bot scripting or moderation tool experience
