We are building institutional-grade on-chain infrastructure that enables synthetic currency exposure, embedded hedging, and composable risk management across global markets. Our ambition is to create a foundational market layer for programmable finance.

We are looking for a Co-CEO / CSO to help architect, scale, and institutionalize this infrastructure.

The Role

This is a leadership role that spans three core areas:

Market Design

• Define pricing architecture and exposure balancing mechanisms
• Structure capital efficiency and liquidity frameworks
• Establish robust risk and solvency models

Ecosystem and Institutional Strategy

• Lead integrations with funds, fintechs, credit platforms and blockchain ecosystems
• Develop API and SDK distribution pathways
• Position the platform as core financial infrastructure

Capital and Governance

• Shape liquidity provisioning strategy
• Co-lead institutional relationships
• Establish durable governance and economic guardrails

Profile

• Deep expertise in FX, derivatives, or financial market structure
• Strong understanding of crypto-native systems
• Systems thinker with institutional credibility
• Entrepreneurial operator, comfortable going from architecture to partnerships
