Role Overview
We are seeking a highly connected Business Development Manager to drive capital inflows into a structured mining product.
This is a fully remote role suited for professionals with an established investor network and demonstrated access to capital.
The ideal candidate understands financial products, can articulate yield structures clearly, and is capable of onboarding investors with substantial commitments.
Key Responsibilities

Originate and onboard new investors into the structured mining product featuring:

Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with HNWIs, family offices, boutique funds, and treasury departments.

Provide strategic insights on investor demand, product development, and broader market dynamics.

Coordinate with structuring, compliance, and technical teams to streamline onboarding and capital deployment.

Requirements

Background in business development, private banking, structured products, wealth management, investor relations, or alternative investments.

Strong understanding of financial structuring, yield products, or alternative yield strategies.
