Role Overview

The Fractional CEO will provide high-level strategic, operational, and fundraising leadership to drive the projects success. This individual will work closely with the founding team and investors to shape the companys narrative, build key partnerships, and represent the project in the broader AI and Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Strategy & Leadership

1.1 Define and drive the overall technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI-powered Web3 platform.

1.2 Align technical goals with business objectives, ensuring a clear path to delivering innovative solutions.

1.3 Stay current on emerging technologies in AI, blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), and other relevant domains to maintain a competitive edge.

2. Product Development & Architecture

2.1 Oversee the design, development, and deployment of the platforms core infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.

2.2 Provide architectural guidance, setting best practices and frameworks for Web3 integrations, smart contract development, AI models, and data pipelines.

2.3 Collaborate with Product Management to define product requirements and product development milestones.

3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

3.1 Work closely with the rest of the founding team, and board of directors to align the technical roadmap with broader business objectives.

3.2 Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and technology communities to enhance the platforms capabilities and reach.

3.3 Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to showcase technical thought leadership.

3.4 Serve as the public face of the project at hackathons, conferences, and industry panels.

4. Fundraising & Investor Relations

4.1 Lead fundraising activities with venture capital firms, crypto funds, and strategic investors.

4.2 Craft and deliver compelling investor pitches, presentations, and updates.

4.3 Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing and potential investors.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

- Strong technical background (e.g., computer science, AI, blockchain engineering, or data science).

- Proven experience pitching to VCs and investors, ideally within Web3 or emerging tech sectors.

- Solid understanding of AI models, blockchain protocols, and decentralized markets.

- Exceptional communication and storytelling ability capable of explaining complex tech simply.

- Demonstrated success in leadership or founder roles in startups, particularly in AI, Web3, or fintech.

- Ability travel based on business needs to industry events and conferences is a must.
