Co-Founder / CEO (AI & DePin)

About the Project

Were building decentralized compute infrastructure for the AI erasecure, trustless, and optimized for global scale. The team includes 8 engineers distributed across Latin America and Eastern Europe. Were now looking for a business-oriented co-founder to join at the earliest stage and help take us from prototype to traction.

Your Role

As CEO / Co-Founder, youll own the non-technical side of the projectfrom investor relations and fundraising to partnerships, go-to-market, and operations. While the technical team continues building full-speed, your job is to lead adoption, traction, and ecosystem growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Fundraising & Investor Relations

  Lead fundraising strategy (pre-seed/seed), pitch to VCs, angels, and ecosystem partners.

• Business Development & Partnerships

  Drive partnerships with enterprise clients, studios, and Web3 infrastructure communities.

• Strategy & Operations

  Shape go-to-market plans, pricing, and tokenomics. Coordinate business operations and early hiring.

• Ecosystem Engagement

  Represent the project across relevant ecosystems, events, and digital channels.

Ideal Profile

Were not looking for a corporate executive, we're looking for a founder.

Background

• Startup founder, early operator, or senior BD/venture role in AI, Web3, gaming, or cloud/infra.

• Bonus: Experience in decentralized infrastructure or ZK/L2 ecosystems.

Skills & Mindset

• Proven fundraising experience ($1M+ raised or led investor conversations)

• Strong storytelling and pitching ability

• Experience closing enterprise or ecosystem deals

• Builder mentality: hands-on, scrappy, and comfortable in ambiguity

• Mission-driven around decentralized compute and open AI

Time Zone

• Americas (EST/CST) or Europe (CET) preferred for team sync, but open to global candidates.
