Role: Spanish/Catalan Outbound Customer Care (Part-Time, Remote)
Hours: 20/week (Monday to Friday, see schedule below)
Pay: 15/hour + performance bonuses
Location: 100% Remote

What You'll Do

  • Outbound lead generation & pre-sales

  • Cold calling homeowners renting their properties

  • Prequalify and qualify leads to ensure fit with the client

  • Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers

  • Maintain and update CRM/database records (Aircall, Pipedrive preferred)

  • Build relationships and address homeowner concerns

  • Participate in KPI monitoring and performance reviews

Schedule (CET)

  • Mon & Wed: 15:30 19:30

  • Tue: 10:30 13:30

  • Thu: 10:30 13:30 & 15:30 19:00

  • Fri: 10:30 13:00

What You Bring

  • 2+ years outbound call center experience (hospitality a plus)

  • Cold calling/SDR experience

  • Catalan fluent, strong English skills

  • Strong communication & persuasion skills

  • Lead prequalification & qualification experience

  • CRM/database management proficiency

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask

  • Active listening and problem-solving skills

  • Degree preferred

  • Strong computer literacy

Technical Setup Required

  • Wired USB headset, LAN connection

  • Broadband 10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload

  • Processor 1.8GHz+, 8GB RAM+, Windows 11+ / MacOS 13+
