We are currently hiring 2 Registered Nurses based in Mexico to support one of our international clients in the medical field. This is a remote, part-time opportunity with training provided and potential for long-term collaboration.

Role: PD TeleCare RN Health Data Analyst

Location: Mexico (Remote)
Hours: Part-time (2 hours/day during production)
Training: Paid, 8 weeks
Start of Training: July 21, 2025

Job Overview

You will work as part of a clinical telecare team, supporting patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis using connected medical devices. You'll monitor and analyze treatment data, investigate alarms, and provide technical and clinical support to ensure safe, effective therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and clinical questions within your scope of practice
• Act as a clinical point of contact for patients, clinical staff, and internal teams
• Monitor patient treatment data remotely and analyze trends for root causes
• Provide education or escalate to clinicians as needed
• Liaise between patients and healthcare professionals to optimize care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all interactions
• Propose improvements for processes, patient experience, and data accuracy
• Support the Level 1 technical services team with escalations
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled outbound and inbound calls

Requirements

• Currently residing in Mexico
• Active RN license from Mexico
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing
• Excellent Spanish (native) and strong English (spoken & written)
• 2 to 4 years of customer service or contact center experience (preferred but not required)
• Dialysis experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication, analytical, and data interpretation skills
• Comfortable with digital tools like Excel or Tableau

• OS: Windows 11 or higher

Training Program

• Duration: 8 weeks
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Live classes: 4:00 PM 8:00 PM CEST / 8:00 AM 12:00 PM Mexico Time
• Self-study: 2 hours/day
• Fully remote
• Hourly Rate (Training): $10 USD/hour

Production Schedule

• Flexible hours: Monday to Friday, 2 hours/day
• Hourly Rate (Post-training): $12 USD/hour
