About the Role

We are looking for a Italian-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our international team on a project in the hospitality industry.

This freelance, part-time position focuses on prequalifying leads, managing databases, and contacting potential partners in the vacation rental sector. It's ideal for professionals who enjoy client outreach, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in structured, goal-oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prequalify leads and assess fit based on specific criteria
  • Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow-up
  • Manage client-provided databases accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct outbound calls to property owners to explore vacation rental opportunities
  • Encourage registrations on the client's platform

Candidate Profile

  • Italian Fluency (C2) with excellent communication skills and high level of English
  • Confident conducting phone conversations (both warm and cold calls)
  • Experience in lead qualification or pre-sales is an advantage
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM/database tools
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Strong time management and teamwork abilities

Project Tasks

  • Conduct cold calls to property owners to introduce the client's platform
  • Identify and qualify potential leads based on established criteria
  • Forward qualified leads to Sales Managers for conversion
  • Maintain and update lead databases with accuracy
  • Build rapport and understand property owner needs
  • Participate in monthly performance and KPI review meetings

Work Schedule (CET)

Total: 20 hours per week (fixed schedule)

  • Monday: 14:30 – 18:30
  • Tuesday: 10:30 – 13:30
  • Wednesday: 14:30 – 18:30
  • Thursday:
    • 10:30 – 13:30
    • 14:30 – 17:30
  • Friday: 10:30 – 13:30

Training Information

  • Training Duration: 5 hours (unpaid)

Technical Requirements

  • Stable broadband connection (LAN required)
  • Desktop or laptop with Windows 11+ or macOS 14+
  • Minimum specs: 1.8 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, 10 GB free disk space
  • Wired USB headset
