Position Overview

We are hiring German-speaking Level 2 Technical Support Specialists to support a leading healthcare client within a medical app environment.
This is a hybrid L1/L2 role, combining customer interaction with technical investigation. You will assist users (patients) with platform navigation and issues, while also analyzing escalations, identifying root causes, and collaborating with engineering teams.
You will act as a bridge between users and technical teams, ensuring a smooth and reliable user experience.


Responsibilities

L1 – Customer Support

  • Inbound calls (users/patients)
  • Onboarding, navigation, basic troubleshooting
  • Real-time support & clear communication
  • Case documentation in Zendesk

L2 – Technical Support

  • Investigate escalations & replicate issues
  • Analyze logs/API behavior
  • Identify root cause
  • Escalate to L3 with clear documentation
  • Follow up & identify recurring issues

Profile

  • C2 German and strong English (C1)
  • 1–3 years in technical/customer support (L2 preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills
  • Basic APIs/logs/backend understanding
  • Experience with admin tools & inbound calls
  • Clear communicator with customer focus
  • Familiarity working with coding
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as Zendesk, or Five9 

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to coding or scripting
  • Experience in healthcare or app-based support environments

Schedule

  • 08:00–17:00 (CEST)
  • 4 hours a day
  • Flexibility required

Compensation & Training

  • €15/hour (production + training)
  • Training duration: two to three weeks (May 2026)
