The role

Freelance recruiters source candidates for roles that match their specialization. Taliro handles employer acquisition, brief qualification, recruiter matching, contracts, invoicing, and payment collection.

The process works like this: when an employer submits a role, the Taliro team reviews it and matches it to recruiters based on specialization, industry, and geography. You receive a role invitation with the full brief, salary range, success fee percentage, and your projected payout. You decide whether to accept. If you do, you source and submit candidates through Taliro. Candidates give explicit consent before their profile reaches the employer. The employer reviews, interviews, and hires through the same system.

When a placement is confirmed, Taliro collects the fee from the employer and pays you your share. The fee percentage is set per country and visible before you accept anything.

Responsibilities

• Review role invitations and accept those that fit your specialization
• Source, screen, and present candidates for accepted roles
• Submit candidates through Taliro with proper candidate consent
• Manage your own candidate pipeline and follow up on submissions
• Communicate with the employer and Taliro team on role questions or process issues

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition (agency or independent)
• Full fluency in English and at least one of our core languages: German, French, Spanish or Dutch
• A registered business in an EU-country, either as a self-employed professional (freelance) or a limited liability company (LLC)
• Ability to work a full sourcing cycle independently, from search to candidate presentation
• Professional standards around candidate consent and data handling
• Strong written and verbal communication

Process

The Taliro team reviews applications and schedules a short intake call to discuss your background and the markets you cover. After profile setup and credential verification, your account goes live and role invitations begin.
