1. Actively participate in continuous Improvement project and processes
2. Maintains plant and equipment including but not limited to all mixers, production belts, slicers, pallet jacks, pneumatic pumps, dish washers, and ovens
3. Communicate with vendors to ensure availability and prices of replacement parts /or service
4. Performs emergency and routine repairs as needed
5. Participate a yearly audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions
6. Adhere to the plants HACCP plans
7. Follows all Good Manufacturing Practices.
8. Perform other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2-3 years of maintenance related discipline (electrical, plumbing, metals,welding, pneumatic, etc.)
• Three to five years experience in food processing or other manufacturing plants.
• Must have working knowledge of pneumatic, mechanical repair, HVAC and general plant maintenance.
• Must have the ability to become familiar with any applicable OSH
