Centre Manager

We are looking for a centre manager to lead this wonderful and small team, at an intimate centre in the heart of Auckland. This centre is truly there for the children. As a team, they like to continuously learn and grow themselves - they are a passionate and dedicated bunch. A great vibe to get amongst. This is a non-for-profit centre run by a volunteer governance model and committee - they truly care about best outcomes for the tamariki.

This role requires a prenominal centre manager or confident team leader who can do it all. The long standing centre manager is moving on to bigger things. A centre were you are well looked after. Can you lead programme planning, PGC's and welcome new families in when spaces become available( this is not very often).

About you:

• Qualified and registered
• Has centre manager experience or 2IC leadership skills 
• The capability to mentor and grow a few other staff members  
• Currently living in New Zealand with the right to work
• Physically capable and proactive.
• Forward thinker and team player. Great with initiative.
• Good level of verbal and written English
