We are looking for a leader who:
Is available to work full-time. Hours can be somewhat flexible.
Empowers and encourages teachers to chase their passions.
Fosters a respectful environment and naturally cultivates positive staff culture.
Will take pride in representing the centre to whanau and the community.
Is a qualified and registered ECE kaiako
Strong knowledge of ECE regulations and professional standards.
Excellent organisational, compliance and budgeting skills.
Currently living in New Zealand with the right to work.
