About you:

• Qualified and Registered ECE teacher
• Experience as a centre manager within New Zealand, plus strong leadership skills
• Exceptional communication skills; you value and prioritise strong communication with both whanau and your team.
• A detail-oriented approach to managing admin tasks and maintaining compliance.
• A positive attitude and solution-based approach.
• A true passion for fostering a nurturing, inclusive learning environment.
• Experience with ERO Reviews and ministry compliance.
• You are currently living in New Zealand with the right to work.
