REAL ESTATE JUNIOR MANAGER

The resource, within the Real Estate office, will be responsible for strengthening the business partnerships in Italy, one of Retail key markets.

RESPONSABILITIES

• MAIN FOCUS: Drive the agents to follow and find new Franchisee partners.
• select and evaluate offers for leasing, buying and selling or renting a company, in relation to the company's new sales points, analysing their potential profitability;
• maintain relationships with intermediaries, owners and investors for the definition of the terms and conditions of rental contracts;
• constantly monitor the performance of the company's points of sale, analysing possible solutions to manage the rental costs of points of sale that show insufficient performance;
• Coordinate activities for new openings (our strategy focuses on a slower retails opening VS strong partnering)

Profile:

• Master's degree, preferably in economics
• Excellent knowledge of English, second language preferable
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work towards objectives and priorities
• Availability to travel within the national territory

Level of experience: two to 5 years' experience in real estate, preferably in companies operating in retail trade.
