About the Role:
The Senior Manufacturing Technician is a highly skilled, hands on role responsible for assembling, manufacturing, and troubleshooting complex electro mechanical equipment in a production environment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining high fabrication and quality standards while supporting efficient manufacturing operations. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a production setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and manufacture complex electro mechanical equipment in accordance with engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.

  • Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and written manufacturing documentation.

  • Perform functional testing and validation to ensure products meet performance and quality requirements.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to assembly processes, quality, and efficiency.

  • Communicate effectively with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve technical issues.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all safety protocols.

  • Assist with training and mentoring junior or less experienced technicians as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Ten or more years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Hands on experience with electro mechanical assembly of complex equipment.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems.

  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem solving ability.

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and written instructions.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • U.S. Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Vocational or technical training in manufacturing, mechanics, or electronics.

  • Experience supporting fabrication of industrial or custom mechanical equipment.

  • Familiarity with quality standards, inspections, and manufacturing best practices.

  • Willingness to work overtime as required to meet production or customer demands.
