About the Role:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing and production equipment in an industrial environment. This hands-on role supports reliable operations by diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts that keep equipment running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing and production equipment.

Perform electrical diagnostics on motors, sensors, controls, and panels.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including conveyors, pumps, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

Execute preventive maintenance tasks to reduce unplanned downtime.

Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.

Support process improvements and reliability initiatives beyond reactive repairs.

Document completed maintenance activities and work performed.

Follow safety procedures and safe work practices at all times.
Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work on industrial machinery, controls, and production equipment.

Experience diagnosing equipment issues independently and efficiently.

Self-directed approach with the ability to identify and resolve problems.
Desired Qualifications:

Experience with preventive maintenance programs.

Familiarity with CMMS systems for work order tracking.

Experience with industrial controls, automation, or PLC troubleshooting.
