CNC Machinist

About the Role:
This CNC Machinist position is a hands on role focused on precision machining, CNC operation, and quality driven manufacturing. Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC mills or lathes to produce high quality parts to specification.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and machining instructions.

• Inspect finished components, document results, and maintain compliance with quality standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a CNC Machinist or CNC Operator in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to read blueprints, use micrometers, calipers, and other inspection tools.

• Proficiency with machine setups, tooling changes, and basic troubleshooting.

• Strong understanding of machining processes, feeds, speeds, and materials.

• Ability to work in a fast paced production environment with attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with multi axis machining or advanced CNC equipment.

• Familiarity with G code adjustments or minor program edits.

• Background in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices.

• Experience working with metals, high precision parts, or tight tolerance components
