About the Role
A dynamic legal team is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience managing cases through all stages of litigation. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of legal matters, including commercial, tort, real estate, and contract disputes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality legal services.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of civil litigation, from case initiation through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda
  • Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations
  • Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies and litigation plans
  • Provide responsive, client-focused legal support and guidance
  • Contribute to team meetings and maintain regular case status updates

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing with a state bar
  • 4+ years of experience in civil litigation
  • Proficient in legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy
  • Experience handling matters involving real estate, contracts, torts, or commercial law
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Bankruptcy law experience
  • Prior clerkship with an appellate or federal court
  • Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads independently
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Client service mindset and collaborative work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
