Vice President, Business Development Northwest Territory

We are seeking a Vice President of Business Development to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships across the Northwest. This high-impact, individual contributor role focuses on consultative sales within human capital, leadership development, and executive coaching solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating $1M+ in annual bookings by prospecting new accounts, cultivating executive-level relationships, and cross-selling into existing clients. You will leverage modern sales tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and AI-driven platforms to build and manage a high-value pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage HR executives, CHROs, and Talent leaders to drive new business.
  • Expand accounts through consultative cross-sell strategies aligned to client needs.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and proposals to executive audiences.
  • Track performance metrics and maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B consultative sales experience in professional services or human capital.
  • Proven record of exceeding revenue targets and closing executive-level deals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred.

Compensation: Base salary $100,000 plus uncapped earnings with first-year OTE of $170,000 to $230,000.
