Backed by a prominent international investor, our founding team brings over 15 years of experience in building marketplaces and operations. We are now looking for a highly organized Workforce Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be key in making sure our clients have the right people for their short-term needs and that our workers get shifts. You'll also play an important part in keeping our clients happy and supported.

Responsibilities:
- Shift & Job Filling: Help fill client shifts and job openings quickly. You'll work to get people signed up for shifts and make sure all spots are covered.
- Client & Partner Communication: Be a main point of contact for our clients and partners. You'll help coordinate their needs and provide support, including managing incoming questions (like through our intercom system).
- Admin Panel Management: Keep our administrative systems up-to-date and organized.
- Finding Best Solutions: Help figure out the best ways to fill job slots and adapt plans when needed to ensure we always have enough people for our clients.
- Internal Coordination: Help with day-to-day office tasks and make sure information flows smoothly within our team.
- Job Listing Management: Create, update, and publish job listings accurately and on time.
- Support for Management: Assist our management team with daily tasks and help with questions related to labor laws.
Requirements:
- Experience in staffing ;
- Good at thinking logically to solve problems, especially when things change quickly;
- Stay calm and effective even when things get busy;
- Knowledge of Polish Labor Law;
- Independence, good organizational skills, and goal-oriented mindset;
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office applications (MS Office, Google Workspace);
- Knowledge of English is a plus.
