What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain the TalTap customer-facing app using Flutter
• Ensure seamless UI/UX with smooth animations, transitions, and responsiveness
• Integrate Firebase and REST APIs for real-time updates and backend communication
• Optimize app performance for speed, scalability, and reliability
• Work closely with backend engineers to build robust, scalable features
• Implement authentication, notifications, and payment functionalities
• Continuously improve and iterate based on user feedback and business needs
• (Future Growth) Opportunity to lead mobile development as we scale

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of professional experience with Flutter
• Strong knowledge of Dart and mobile app development best practices
• Experience integrating Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, etc.)
• Understanding of REST APIs and state management solutions (e.g., Riverpod, Provider, Bloc)
• Experience with app store deployment (iOS & Android)
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with high autonomy

Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time data and push notifications
• Previous work on marketplace or gig-economy platforms
• Understanding of mobile best practices
• Familiarity with backend development (Python, FastAPI, Firebase functions)
