Backed by a prominent international investor, our founding team brings over 15 years of experience in building marketplaces and operations. We are now looking for a highly organized and experienced Sales Manager responsible for building and developing customer relationships, initiating new business contacts, and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Actively acquiring new customers and maintaining long-term business relationships

  • Initiating first contacts via telephone, email, and in-person meetings

  • Presenting product offerings and preparing commercial proposals

  • Conducting sales meetings and negotiations

  • Executing transactional sales and closing deals

  • Monitoring customer needs and tailoring solutions to their expectations

  • Collaborating with marketing and customer support teams on lead management and promotional activities
  • Reporting sales activities and results in the CRM system

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales (transactional sales experience is a strong advantage)

  • Strong communication skills and ease in building new relationships

  • Ability to listen, understand client needs, and build trust

  • Independence, good organizational skills, and a goal-oriented mindset

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office applications (MS Office, Google Workspace)

  • Fluent Lithuanian and English are required
