We've established operations in Latvia and are now expanding into Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), with Poland as our first market outside the Baltics.

Backed by a prominent international investor, our founding team brings over 15 years of experience in building marketplaces and operations. We are now looking for a highly organized and experienced Sales Manager responsible for building and developing customer relationships, initiating new business contacts, and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively acquiring new customers and maintaining long-term business relationships;
  • Initiating initial contacts via telephone, email, and in-person;
  • Presenting product offerings and preparing commercial offers;
  • Conducting sales conversations and negotiations;
  • Executing transactional sales (closing deals);
  • Monitoring customer needs and tailoring solutions to their expectations;
  • Collaborating with the marketing and customer service departments on lead management and promotional activities;
  • Reporting sales results and activity in the CRM system.


Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales (transactional sales experience is a plus);
  • Ease of establishing contacts and excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to listen and build trust with clients;
  • Independence, good organizational skills, and goal-oriented mindset;
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office applications (MS Office, Google Workspace);
  • Knowledge of English is a must.
