Their extensive database contains over 14 million safety data sheets, requiring regular updates from various manufacturers. They utilize advanced technologies and innovative solutions to ensure the accuracy and currency of this critical information.

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and creative Content Strategist to own and drive content initiatives across multiple channels. This role will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing content that supports industry awareness, lead generation, customer education, and product growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and own a content strategy tied directly to pipeline, retention, and brand goals.
  • Build and manage quarterly content calendars across blogs, website, email, social media, YouTube, webinars, and podcasts.
  • Identify content opportunities through audience research, competitor gaps, and industry trends.

Content Creation & Management

  • Lead creation of high-quality B2B SaaS content, including blog articles, case studies, whitepapers, landing page copy, email campaigns, product messaging, and video scripts.
  • Proofread and edit all content to a high bar - clarity, accuracy, consistency, and SEO-readiness.
  • Own SDS Manager's LinkedIn presence: plan, write, and publish content that builds brand authority and engages our ICP.
  • Maintain content systems, including asset libraries, brief templates, and brand voice guidelines.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Serve as the bridge between marketing, sales, product, and design to ensure content reflects the full business context.
  • Brief designers, video editors, and multimedia teams on supporting visual assets.
  • Manage writers or external contributors, maintaining quality and voice across all output.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years in content marketing, content strategy, or copywriting - ideally in a SaaS or B2B technology company
  • Exceptional written English with the ability to adapt tone and format across content types and audiences.
  • SEO knowledge - keyword intent, on-page structure, internal linking, and content formatting - so content is search-ready from the start, is preferable.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Strong collaborator who can work across teams without heavy oversight.

Employment Structure

  • On-site in Gulshan 1 | Full-time
  • Salary: BDT 65,000 - 80,000
  • Benefits: Two festival bonuses after permanent (probation is 3-6 months) + Annual Leave (25 days) + Bangladesh Government holidays + Yearly salary review & career progression
  • Work Week: Monday - Friday, 10 am to 6 pm BST
