About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and creative Content Strategist to own and drive our content initiatives across multiple channels. This role will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing content that supports brand awareness, lead generation, customer education, and product growth. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Plan quarterly and monthly content calendars across blogs, website, email, social media, youtube, webinars, and podcasts.
- Identify content opportunities based on audience needs, industry trends, and product priorities.
- Define KPIs and measure the effectiveness of content initiatives.
Content Creation & Management
- Lead the creation of high-quality B2B SaaS content, including:
- Blog articles and guides
- Case studies and whitepapers
- Website and landing page copy
- Email campaigns and nurture sequences
- Product messaging and documentation
- Video scripts and multimedia content
- Write, edit, and proofread content to maintain clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Maintain content libraries, templates, and brand voice guidelines.
- Monitor Script Writing for Youtube videos and execution.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and design teams to align messaging and campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers and multimedia teams to develop visuals and supporting assets.
- Manage junior writers, freelancers, or external contributors where applicable.
- Support webinar and podcast programs with scripts, outlines, and promotional content.
SEO & Performance Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and competitor content analysis.
- Optimize content for search engines and conversions.
- Monitor performance using analytics tools and continuously improve content based on insights.
- Audit and update existing content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or related roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience creating content for SaaS, B2B, or technology companies.
- Understanding of SEO principles and content performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of design or video tools and experience with CMS platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing automation or email platforms is preferred.
- Experience in compliance, EHS, or technical industries is preferred.
- Experience managing content contributors or teams is preferred.
Employment Structure
On-site in Gulshan 1 | Full-time
Salary: BDT 65,000 - 80,000
Benefits: Two festival bonuses after permanent (probation is 3-6 months)
Work Week: Monday - Friday, 10 am to 6 pm BST
