About the Role
This Frontend Engineer will play a key role in building and maintaining high-quality, scalable user interfaces for our clients digital platform. The role focuses on developing responsive and accessible features, writing clean and reliable code, and ensuring strong performance and usability across devices. The engineer will collaborate closely with designers and backend teams while taking ownership of features from development through production in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain features for our gaming platform and studio tools.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-tested TypeScript code.
- Ensure high standards for performance, accessibility, and responsive UI.
- Collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Improve development workflows, tooling, and code quality.
- Take ownership of features from design to production.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, working in a TypeScript-first codebase.
- Solid experience with modern React, including hooks, context, and contemporary patterns.
- Experience working with Next.js for building scalable web applications.
- Familiarity with client-side and server-state management approaches.
- Experience with unit and integration testing using modern testing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and improving application efficiency.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices including semantic HTML, ARIA, and keyboard navigation.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first development, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Employment Structure
- Hybrid (3 days onsite & 2 days remote) in Gulshan 1, Dhaka, Bangladesh | Full-time
- Salary: BDT 90,000 - 140,000+ (slightly higher for deserving candidates)
