About the Role

The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the declarative health, scalability, and security of the Salesforce platform across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams. This role moves beyond day-to-day operations to lead complex configuration projects, define system standards, and enforce governance across the platform. You will be instrumental in driving significant end-user productivity gains and maintaining a robust, reliable system. This position is located in Dhaka, Bangladesh and reports to the Salesforce System Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Declarative Architecture & Solutions

  • Design and implement complex, scalable Salesforce solutions utilizing core configuration features (Flow, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, etc.) to meet advanced business requirements.
  • Serve as the declarative subject matter expert (SME), guiding business stakeholders on best practices for configuration and user efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and optimization within the existing system to improve processes and user experience.
  • Translate business requirements into precise technical specifications and user stories for implementation.

Governance & Platform Ownership

  • Manage platform governance activities including release management, sandbox maintenance, and environment setup (Dev, QA, Production).
  • Monitor system performance and user adoption, implementing measures to ensure platform stability and compliance.
  • Own the security model; manage and audit complex sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets to ensure data integrity.
  • Lead the triage and resolution of critical platform incidents and data inaccuracies.

Collaboration & Support

  • Partner closely with the Revenue Operations Specialists and the Technical Engineering team on integrated projects, ensuring alignment between declarative and coded solutions.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to Junior Salesforce Administrators and support staff on configuration best practices and release protocols.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including process flows and end-user training materials.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of progressive, hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with demonstrated ownership of an enterprise-level instance.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) is preferred.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex automation using all modern Flow types (Screen, Record-Triggered, Schedule-Triggered, Autolaunched) and Flow orchestration.
  • Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce data model, governance limits, and best practices for system scalability.
  • Previous experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is required.
  • Experience with implementing duplicate management processes.
  • Knowledge of complementary Revenue Operations tools (e.g., Conga products) is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective declarative solutions.
  • Ability to work US core hours (overnight in BD) and thrive in a metric-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Employment Structure

  • Hybrid in Uttara, Dhaka | Full-time
  • Salary: BDT 80,000 - 120,000+ (higher for deserving candidates)
