Role Overview
We are looking for a Key Account Manager who will take ownership of converting qualified leads into clients and growing those accounts over time. Unlike traditional sales roles, this position will primarily work with pre-qualified leads generated by the Lead Generation Specialist, allowing full focus on consultative selling, closing, and client relationship management.
This is a high-impact revenue role where performance will be directly tied to conversion, client satisfaction, and account expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion & Sales Execution
- Take ownership of qualified leads and drive them through the sales funnel
- Conduct discovery calls to deeply understand client hiring needs
- Present Talvette's services in a structured, consultative manner
- Handle objections, negotiations, and close deals effectively
Maintain strong follow-up discipline to improve conversion rates
Client Onboarding & Handover
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients after deal closure
- Prepare, share, and manage contracts and agreements
- Ensure all necessary documentation, pricing, and terms are accurately communicated and recorded
- Maintain proper documentation and CRM updates for all deals and client interactions
- Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery
Key Account Management
- Act as the primary relationship owner for all converted clients
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with stakeholders
- Proactively manage communication and client expectations
- Ensure a high-quality client experience throughout the lifecycle
Account Growth & Retention
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling
- Expand existing accounts by understanding evolving hiring needs
- Drive client retention and long-term partnerships
Sales Enablement & Client Materials
- Develop supporting materials to help convert prospects into clients.
- Prepare case studies, presentations, white papers, and service overview documents highlighting Talvette's expertise and successful placements.
- Work with internal team members to gather insights and translate them into persuasive client-facing content.
Sales Process & Performance Tracking
- Track conversion metrics, deal progress, and revenue performance
- Maintain structured CRM updates and pipeline visibility
- Continuously optimize approach based on conversion data
Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management roles
- Proven track record in closing deals and managing client relationships
- Native-level written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to understand client pain points and translate them into solutions
- Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management
High attention to detail in managing deals and client communication - Ability to work under targets and performance pressure
- Ownership-driven and accountable for revenue outcomes
- Relationship-oriented with a long-term mindset
- Structured and process-driven in work approach
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working with the global/international market is strongly preferred.
- Experience in recruitment, HRTech, or service-based sales is a strong advantage
Employment Structure
- Work from home in Bangladesh | Full-time & Contractual | BYOD (bring your own device)
- Salary: BDT 55,000 + uncapped sales commission
- Work week: Sunday - Thursday. Saturday is a light working day
Work hours: 10 AM to 7 PM (flexible with accountability) - Benefits: Permanent employment after 3-6 months based on performance + 2 Festival bonuses after probation + Internet allowance + Device allowance
