Key Responsibilities

  • Attend customer calls, weekly recurring calls, team meetings at day and night time (when assigned), mainly on Website, Newsletters, Email Campaigns, Warming up Domains, etc.
  • Collaborate with respective Project Managers for client deliverables.
  • Act as the main client liaison, providing regular project updates, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements through thorough reviews and approvals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate high-quality leads and support conversion efforts.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI. 
  • Identify customer needs and content gaps, executing new topics to address them.  
  • Manage marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Customer Success Manager or in a similar role.
  • Experienced in Website Project Management, Newsletters, Email Campaigns, Warming up Domains etc.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including analytics platforms, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
  • Basic understanding of running social media campaigns.
  • Team leading experience is preferable.

    • Hybrid in Banani, Dhaka | Full-time
    • Salary: BDT 40,000- 60,000
