Our delivery engine is powered by a high-performing team based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer calls, weekly recurring calls, team meetings at day and night time (when assigned), mainly on Website, Newsletters, Email Campaigns, Warming up Domains, etc.
- Collaborate with respective Project Managers for client deliverables.
- Act as the main client liaison, providing regular project updates, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
- Ensure all marketing materials and deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements through thorough reviews and approvals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate high-quality leads and support conversion efforts.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Identify customer needs and content gaps, executing new topics to address them.
- Manage marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Technical Customer Success Manager or in a similar role.
- Experienced in Website Project Management, Newsletters, Email Campaigns, Warming up Domains etc.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including analytics platforms, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
- Basic understanding of running social media campaigns.
- Team leading experience is preferable.
Employment Structure
- Hybrid in Banani, Dhaka | Full-time
- Salary: BDT 40,000- 60,000
