Fullstack Engineer (Backend-focused)

With around 100 employees across offices multiple countries, they deliver both custom-developed solutions and off-the-shelf SaaS product. Serving over 200 clients in sectors such as public administration, healthcare, oil & gas, and education, our client is known for its deep technical expertise, strong Nordic presence, and long-standing industry reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, refactor, and modernize backend components of a legacy enterprise web platform.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to balance new feature development with reducing technical debt.
• Ensure backends are scalable, secure, and compliant with GDPR and information security standards.
• Write unit, integration, and API-level tests as part of CI/CD.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with proficiency in C#/.NET Core.
• Excellent understanding of MSSQL, ORM tools, and database optimization.
• Passion for clean architecture, domain-driven design, and pragmatic decision-making.
• Knowledge of security principles in enterprise apps and GDPR compliance.
• Strong understanding of unit testing principles and experience writing and maintaining automated unit tests.
• Fluent in written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Experience with Angular (v15+), HTML5, SCSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Docker, and/or Kubernetes is nice to have.
• Working knowledge of LLM or AI-powered services in product ecosystems is nice to have.

Employment Structure

• Hybrid in Dhaka | Full-time
• Salary: BDT 100,000 - 120,000
• Benefits: 2 Festival bonuses
• Work Week: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
