About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Product Operations Associate to manage and optimise core business
systems. Candidate will be responsible for administering customer relationship management,
communications, and analytics platforms, ensuring they work seamlessly together to support 
the operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across multiple systems, loves
process improvement, and wants to make a direct impact on business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimise HubSpot (Sales Hub and Service Hub), including workflows, reporting, and
    integrations.
  • Manage our SalesOps phone system configuration and user access.
  • Oversee Google Workspace administration and security settings.
  • Configure and maintain Customer.io email flows and customer journeys.
  • Create and maintain analytics dashboards and reporting across platforms.
  • Support system integrations and data flow between platforms.
  • Provide user training and support for internal teams.
  • Implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Ensure data quality and compliance across all systems.
  • Supporting Product leadership with initiatives and special projects.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience administering business systems (CRM, marketing automation, or similar)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Customer.io, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting/dashboards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and process documentation
  • Ability to train and support non-technical users.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot administration (Sales Hub and Service Hub) is highly preferable.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace administration is highly preferable.
  • Experience with Mixpanel or Amplitude analytics platforms is highly preferred
  • Shopify backend administration experience is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of API integrations and data flows is highly preferred
  • Experience with process automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar) is highly preferred.
  • SQL knowledge for custom reporting and previous experience in a scale-up environment are highly preferred.

Employment Structure

  • Remote in Bangladesh | Full-time
  • Salary: BDT 150,000 - 250,000
