About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Assistant Manager, HR to oversee recruitment and organizational culture. The role involves attracting and retaining top talent, driving employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process across functions.
- Design and implement people-centric policies that drive engagement and performance.
- Develop, track, and implement KPIs and OKRs across teams.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support employee development, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of modern HR practices, policy development, and performance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and execution-focused.
Employment Structure
- On-site in Tejgaon, Bangladesh | Full-time
- Salary: BDT 50,000 - 70,000
- Benefits: Mobile allowance + Health insurance + 2 Festival bonuses + Leave encashment
- Work Week: Sunday - Thursday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
