About the role

We are looking for a Landing Page Strategist to join a dynamic marketing team, responsible for designing and developing high-converting landing pages that drive measurable B2B lead generation results.

This is a hands-on role requiring both creative design expertise and strong coding skills to build performance-optimized pages from scratch while leveraging existing templates and frameworks for rapid deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

  • Design and develop 5-10 high-quality landing pages per month for various marketing campaigns.
  • Create responsive landing pages optimized for both desktop and mobile experiences.
  • Slice and convert Photoshop files into pixel-perfect, functional web pages.
  • Build pages from scratch using custom code (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
  • Leverage existing templates and frameworks to efficiently create new page variations.
  • Develop and maintain landing pages in ClickFunnels, WordPress/Elementor, Webflow, and custom HTML/CSS frameworks.

Optimization & Performance

  • Optimize page load speed to ensure fast, seamless user experiences.
  • Conduct A/B split testing on landing pages to identify high-performing variants.
  • Implement ongoing improvements to existing pages based on performance data.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across all devices.
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates through iterative design enhancements.

Collaboration & Quality

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.
  • Translate marketing requirements into compelling visual designs and functional code.
  • Maintain design consistency with brand guidelines while innovating for conversion.
  • Deliver clean, well-documented code that's maintainable and scalable.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience designing and coding landing pages.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating high-quality landing page design and development work.
  • Experience slicing and converting Photoshop files into functional web pages.
  • Hands-on experience with ClickFunnels for funnel and landing page creation.
  • Track record of building opt-in pages, sales pages, and sales funnels.
  • Experience with jQuery and React.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and methodologies.
  • Experience analyzing performance data and using insights to iterate on designs.
  • Background in B2B, SaaS, or lead generation industries.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
  • Experience with other page builders (Unbounce, Instapage, Leadpages).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for landing pages.
  • Understanding of email marketing integration and lead capture mechanics.

Technical Skills

  • Essential: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor.
  • Working knowledge of Webflow and custom HTML/CSS frameworks.
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
  • Understanding of web performance optimization and page load speed best practices.

Design Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (including file slicing and asset extraction).
  • Strong skills in Figma for design and prototyping.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
  • Eye for design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) principles for conversion-focused design.

Employment Structure

  • On-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh | Full-time
  • Salary: BDT 70,000 - 100,000
