Their comprehensive range of services includes Applied Behaviour Analysis-Verbal Behaviour (ABA-VB), Speech and Language Therapy (SLT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Social Skill Programmes, Mental Health Interventions, and Counselling.
About the Role
The Head of Clinical Services is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of interdisciplinary clinical programs, integrating ABA, OT, SLT, and mental health services. The role encompasses strategic leadership, project oversight, clinical quality assurance, team development, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership and Program Oversight
- Lead the overall vision and execution of the Special Services department across therapy domains.
- Ensure integration of clinical protocols aligned with BACB, WFOT, ASHA, and local standards.
- Oversee expansion projects and pilot programs to ensure timely and effective rollout.
- Drive innovation in interdisciplinary care models tailored to community needs.
2. Project Management and Implementation
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Oversee clinical expansion initiatives, including affordable and school-based service models.
- Ensure timely execution of deliverables through coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain detailed documentation, timelines, and reporting for leadership review.
3. Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Monitor treatment fidelity, assessment protocols, and outcome-driven service delivery.
- Conduct regular clinical audits and ensure 100% adherence to ethical and organizational standards.
- Lead supervision protocols for satellite centers to maintain service consistency.
- Ensure all documentation (IEPs, assessments, reports) meets audit and regulatory standards.
4.Team Development and Supervision
- Supervise and mentor Deputy Special Service and Supervisors across therapy departments.
- Lead clinical trainings and certification pathways for staff development.
- Foster professional growth through individualized development plans and performance evaluations.
- Guide career pathway progression and discipline-specific leadership.
5. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
- Serve as the primary liaison for partnerships with schools, NGOs, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead interdisciplinary meetings to ensure alignment in treatment planning and execution.
- Address stakeholder feedback and ensure satisfaction through structured engagement processes.
- Support the business development team in program design, proposal development, and MOU execution.
Skills & Qualifications
- Postgraduate candidate with a degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or relevant field or CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology or OTR (Occupational Therapist Registered) or Special Education.
- BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) or BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) or QBA (Qualified Behavior Analyst) Certification, or IBA (International Behavior Analyst) certification with more than 02 years of post-licensure experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant professional experience required in supervisory role.
- Proven experience in managing clinical programs and cross-functional projects.
- Strong team leadership, communication, and compliance oversight skills.
- Advanced English fluency.
Employment Structure
- Onsite in Gulshan, Bangladesh | Full-time & Contractual
- Salary: US$ 35,000 - 45,000 annual
