About the Role
Your primary KPI will be user acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing. You will take ownership of our client's digital strategy across paid, organic, and analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all channels.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube campaigns, ensuring ROI-positive results.
- Lead ASO (App Store Optimization) for the App Store & Google Play Store.
- Run SEO strategies, including keyword optimization, backlink building, and on-page improvements.
- Manage Google Search Console & Apple Search Console for organic visibility.
- Execute email campaigns, retargeting, and performance funnels.
- Oversee social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Set up and optimize Facebook Pixel for tracking and retargeting.
- Monitor KPIs (CAC, CTR, CPC, LTV, conversion rates) and deliver actionable reports.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and sales teams for campaign alignment.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing and SaaS growth trends.
Skill & Qualifications
- 3+ years in digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or digital products.
- Proficiency in Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
- Hands-on experience with ASO (Play Store & App Store).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, backlink building, and SEM.
- Experience with Google Search Console & Apple Search Console.
- Familiarity with Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.
- Strong copywriting and campaign ideation skills.
- Fluent in Bangla & English with excellent communication skills.
Employment Structure
- On-site in Dhaka Cantonment | Full-time
- Salary: BDT 50,000 - 60,000+ (slightly higher for deserving candidates).

*This position includes a probation period of 3 to 6 months, during which you must meet specific marketing performance targets. Incentives will be provided for exceeding goals.
