About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Operation Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing leads, and converting prospects into customers. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for sales who wants to work in a global SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and online outreach.
- Manage and follow up on inbound sales inquiries.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline by tracking progress, results, and bottlenecks.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in sales or customer support (sales is highly preferable).
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Confidence in client meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets.
- Basic understanding of SaaS or B2B sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Employment Structure
- Hybrid in Gulshan 1 | Full-time
- Salary: BDT 50,000 - 80,000
- Benefits: 2 Festival bonuses (after probation) + Yearly salary review + Performance-based progression + 25 leave days + Bangladesh Government holidays
- Work Week: Monday-Friday 8 hours (time varies depending on type of work)
