Our client is a leading software development and staff augmentation company that partners with global organizations to drive digital transformation. To further accelerate their international growth, they are seeking a visionary Chief Business Officer (CBO) to lead global business development, expand strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the companys presence in international markets.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in software development and staff augmentation.
• Establish and strengthen long-term relationships with global clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  Drive local sales initiatives to complement international expansion.
• Lead and mentor the business development, sales, and partnerships teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align business strategies with organizational goals.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify and act on emerging opportunities.
• Oversee high-value negotiations, partnerships, and strategic deals to ensure profitable outcomes.
• Represent the company at global industry events, networking forums, and client engagements.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or strategic leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successfully bringing in business from international markets, preferably in software development or IT services.
• A strong background in staff augmentation services is highly desirable.
• Local sales experience is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and ability to deliver measurable results.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with prior experience leading cross-functional teams.

Employment Structure

• Onsite in Gulshan 2, Dhaka | Full-time
• Salary: BDT 300,000+
• Benefits: 2 Festival bonuses + fully subsidized lunch and evening snacks + paid leave (after confirmation) + conveyance bill reimbursement for official movement only
• Work Week: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
