About the Role
This role supports UK sales operations by conducting structured calls with qualified customers and converting conversations into revenue across multiple services. It's a consultative, multi-product closing position requiring strong listening skills, objection handling, and the ability to manage detailed discussions while maintaining compliance and customer experience standards.
As a UK-facing phone role, excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent is essential. This is a target-driven position with defined performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Conversion
- Convert opportunities created by Sales Development Executives.
- Deliver structured Home Setup calls.
- Maximise revenue from each qualified opportunity.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain strong personal conversion metrics.
- Identify opportunities to optimise personal performance.
Pipeline & Opportunity Management
- Handle inbound qualified opportunities.
- Dial warm outbound leads to generate additional opportunities when required.
- Take ownership of personal pipeline and performance.
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates.
- Ensure all activity aligns with defined sales processes.
Standards & Development
- Maintain high compliance and QA scores.
- Follow structured sales frameworks and call guides.
- Actively engage in coaching and development sessions.
- Demonstrate resilience and consistency in a performance-led environment.
- Contribute positively to team culture and standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in consultative, phone-based sales.
- Comfortable selling multiple products within one conversation.
- Highly target-driven and competitive.
- Strong objection handling ability.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — mandatory.
- Clear, neutral, and easily understood speaking accent suitable for UK customers

Employment Structures
- Remote in Bangladesh | Full-time
- Salary: BDT 80,000 - 90,000
