About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and organize the marketing function for a fast-growing company entering an exciting phase of expansion. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across digital campaigns, landing pages, lead generation, and new growth channels while ensuring organized and consistent execution across multiple projects.

You will act as the central coordinator of the marketing team, managing priorities, improving campaign performance, and driving growth-focused marketing efforts in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization, along with excellent organizational and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels - including budget allocation, audience targeting, creative direction, and performance optimization.
  • Build, launch, and oversee new landing pages, funnels, and marketing assets to support lead generation initiatives.
  • Strategize on new growth channels and initiatives to drive company expansion.
  • Serve as the day-to-day manager of the marketing team, coordinating execution across team members, campaigns, and projects.
  • Track and report on key performance marketing metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, pipeline contribution).
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns from concept through launch and scale.
  • Bring planning, foresight, and organizational rigor to the marketing department's weekly and daily operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Co-Founder on growth strategy and marketing priorities.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
  • Deep experience running and optimizing ad campaigns on Meta and Google ad platforms.
  • Strong understanding of copywriting principles and persuasive messaging.
  • Proven experience with landing page design and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Fluency in performance marketing metrics and data-driven decision making.
  • Demonstrated experience with lead generation campaign design, execution, and scaling.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities.
  • Strong team coordination and project management skills — able to quarterback across team members, campaigns, and deliverables.
  • Track record of designing lead gen campaigns, capturing leads, and scaling them within an organization.
  • B2B lead generation experience is preferred.
  • Funnel design and development experience is preferred.
  • Having Video Sales letter (VSL) experience and Demand generation experience is a plus.
  • Relevant marketing certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are preferred.
  • Relevant marketing education or degree.

Employment Structure

  • On-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh | Full-time
  • Salary: BDT 100,000 - 150,000+ (slightly higher for deserving candidates)
