About the role
The Marketing Technology Lead is a hands-on, strategic role responsible for owning and driving end-to-end digital execution across SEO, Web Development, Marketing Automation, and UI/UX Design. The role focuses on delivering scalable, high-quality digital solutions that support client objectives and business growth.
This position combines leadership and execution, involving mentoring and guiding a cross-functional team of analysts, developers, designers, and SEO specialists while remaining actively engaged in solution architecture, quality assurance, and complex implementations.
The Marketing Technology Lead sets technical and delivery standards, ensures best-in-class digital outcomes for clients, and aligns execution across marketing, technology, and design teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business goals into scalable digital solutions are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team across SEO, web development, automation, and UI/UX, setting clear quality, delivery, and performance standards.
- Own and oversee end-to-end SEO strategy and execution, including technical SEO, content optimization, audits, reporting, and alignment with UX, performance, and conversion goals.
- Drive solution architecture for web development, automation, and system integrations, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality technical delivery.
- Oversee UI/UX and front-end execution, ensuring design, usability, SEO, and performance best practices are consistently applied across all digital assets.
- Act as the senior technical escalation point, reviewing complex deliverables and guiding teams through high-impact challenges.
- Translate client and business requirements into clear technical plans, collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class digital outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in web development, SEO, and end-to-end digital delivery.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring technical and digital teams.
- Strong expertise in full-stack web technologies (front-end and back-end).
- Hands-on experience with technical SEO and performance optimization.
- Experience working with automation tools, APIs, and system integrations.
- Solid understanding of UX principles and front-end best practices.
- Experience in a digital agency or multi-client environment.
- Exposure to cloud hosting, CI/CD workflows, and deployment automation.
- Experience in defining and implementing delivery standards or frameworks across teams.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Employment Structure
- On-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh | Full-time
- Salary: BDT 100,000 - 150,000
