About the Role
We are hiring a Head of Marketing for our client to lead customer acquisition, retention, and overall growth strategy. In this role, you will drive integrated marketing initiatives across channels, manage marketing performance and budgets, and work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand presence and support business growth while building and leading a high-performing marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own acquisition, retention, LTV & unit economics (CAC, payback, contribution).
- Architect integrated digital + offline growth strategy.
- Operationalise our trust promise across pricing, assortment & service experience.
- Build segmentation, customer journey & full-funnel measurement systems.
- Lead marketing budget, P&L contribution & ROI discipline.
- Design and scale a high-performance marketing team.
- Partner with Category, CX, Product, Finance & Operations.

- Marketing becomes the primary driver of sustainable GMV growth.
- Improved CAC, LTV & payback metrics.
- Strong national brand salience & category trust leadership.

Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years in senior marketing leadership.
- Proven 3–5x business scaling track record.
- Strong command of CAC, LTV, cohorts & full-funnel growth.
- Experience across digital & offline channels.
- Experience building or transforming marketing organisations.
Employment Structure
- On-site in Tejgaon, Bangladesh | Full-time
- Salary: BDT 200,000 - 250,000+ (slightly higher for deserving candidates)
- Benefits: Mobile allowance + Health insurance + 2 Festival Bonuses + Leave encashment + ESOP
- Work Week: Sunday - Thursday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
