About the role
We are hiring for a Marketing Technology Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of MarTech initiatives. This role is responsible for managing complex, cross-functional projects across marketing automation, UI/UX, SEO, email marketing, and web and automation services, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.
This is a delivery-focused leadership role that plays a key part in driving successful client outcomes. The ideal candidate has a strong working understanding of marketing technology services and excels at building actionable project plans, monitoring quality and progress, managing risks, and coordinating stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle delivery of MarTech projects, covering marketing automation, SEO programs, UI/UX work, email campaigns, website development, workflow automation, and technical integrations.
- Develop structured project plans outlining milestones, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables, and convert client requirements into practical execution plans.
- Continuously track project progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines to ensure delivery stays on schedule.
- Maintain delivery quality by enforcing standards, monitoring performance, and addressing issues or blockers in a timely manner.
- Prepare and communicate regular project updates and status reports for internal teams and clients.
- Work closely with the MarTech Team Lead on resource allocation and prioritization across projects.
- Partner with Customer Success to understand client objectives, scope, and expectations throughout delivery.
- Serve as the primary coordination point across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Take accountability for overall project outcomes, ensuring scope control, deadline adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Drive ongoing improvements in delivery processes, efficiency, and execution quality.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing projects in MarTech, digital marketing, or technology-driven service environments.
- Solid understanding of marketing automation, SEO, UI/UX, email marketing, and website development workflows.
- Strong hands-on experience with project planning, progress tracking, and delivery reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate complex workflows and dependencies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience working in a marketing or digital agency setting is an advantage.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms such as HubSpot, monday.com, GA4, WordPress, Webflow, Cloudflare, or comparable systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.

- On-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh | Full-time
- Salary: BDT 60,000 - 70,000
