About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and strategic Head of ERP Sales to lead the growth of our specialized Agriculture ERP solutions in Bangladesh. This role involves driving sales efforts within the agriculture industry, building strong relationships with agribusinesses, cooperatives, and government agencies, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the agriculture sector, proven sales experience in enterprise solutions, and the ability to develop tailored strategies for this niche market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy for Agriculture ERP solutions within Bangladesh's Agriculture based businesses to achieve revenue goals.
  • Lead, and build the local sales team focused on the agriculture sector.
  • Identify and develop relationships with key stakeholders in agriculture cooperatives, agribusinesses, government organizations, and related institutions.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand sector-specific needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to customize solutions for the agriculture industry.
  • Drive the sales process from prospecting and demonstrations to negotiations and closing deals.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze industry trends, and prepare forecasts for leadership.
  • Develop partnership networks, including industry associations, technology providers, and government bodies.
  • Represent the company at agriculture sector events, trade shows, and conferences.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, IT, or a related discipline; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • 7+ years of sales experience in ERP or enterprise technology solutions, with a focus on the agriculture sector highly desirable.
  • Extensive network within Bangladesh's agriculture industry and related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of agriculture business processes, challenges, and digital transformation trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing sales teams.
  • Fluency in Bengali and English.
  • Knowledge of local government policies and agricultural development initiatives is nice to have.
  • Experience with SaaS/cloud-based ERP solutions tailored for agriculture is nice to have.
  • Ability to adapt solutions to meet local regulatory and environmental standards is nice to have.

Employment Structure

Onsite in Gulshan | Full-time

Salary: US$ 2,000 - 2,500+ (slightly higher for deserving candidates)
