About The Role

We are looking for a Lead Fullstack Engineer to join and lead our engineering team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll architect and build robust, scalable applications while mentoring a growing team of engineers. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to drive projects from concept to delivery and ensure best practices are upheld across the stack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using ReactJS and NodeJS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.

  • Architect scalable and maintainable systems that support current and future business needs.

  • Mentor and guide junior/mid-level engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical leadership.
  • Enforce coding standards, development workflows, and engineering best practices.

  • Participate in technical planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and optimize applications.

  • Drive the adoption of modern development tools and technologies (e.g., CI/CD, Docker, cloud services).

  • Stay updated with emerging trends and tools to continuously improve our tech stack.

      Skills & Qualifications

      • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with 1+ years of lead experience.

      • Strong command in ReactJS and NodeJS with deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

      • Proven experience in architecting and scaling web applications in a production environment.

      • Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing optimized queries.

      • Strong command over version control (Git) and collaborative development practices.

      • Experience working with RESTful APIs and modern API design principles.

      • Experience in leading codebase migrations, refactoring legacy systems, or scaling monolithic applications.

      • Prior team leadership experience.

      • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker).

      • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

      • Exposure to GraphQL is a plus.

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

      • Experience working with distributed teams and/or international clients.

      Employment Structure

      • Onsite in Banani | Full-time
      • Salary: BDT 150,000 - 200,000
