Company Description

Our client is revolutionizing the offshoring approach for the tech founders! They have a dedicated offshore sales and marketing team to drive leads, optimize campaigns, and grow revenue without the cost or complexity of you building an in-house team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain automations in Zapier, n8n, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms.
  • Connect tools like CRMs, ESPs, Google Sheets, forms, databases, Slack, Airtable, ClickUp, and more.
  • Route leads and data between form tools, CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive), and email platforms.
  • Maintain data hygiene (deduplication, formatting, validation).
  • Implement and manage advanced configurations in Google Tag Manager for tracking and analytics purposes.
  • Set up advanced tracking and create custom reports in Google Analytics to provide actionable insights.
  • Execute and optimize advanced Meta Pixel integrations for effective tracking and retargeting.
  • Set up and manage offline conversions tracking and integrations using tools like Zapier, Meta, and Google Analytics.
  • Develop and deliver custom reports using Looker, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools to analyze marketing performance.
  • Optimize Meta Pixel for media buying strategies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Track and integrate customer offline conversion data into digital campaigns.
  • Implement and manage website tracking on platforms like WordPress, ensuring seamless integration with Meta, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools.
  • Expertise in Meta, Klaviyo, WordPress, Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Zapier, and HubSpot tracking.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven minimum experience of 2 years in marketing automation, with a strong focus on tracking and analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and project management skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools for tracking, reporting, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

Employment Structure

  • Onsite in Banani, Dhaka | Full-time
  • Salary: BDT 35,000 - 60,000
