Company Description

Our client is revolutionizing the offshoring approach for the tech founders! They have a dedicated offshore sales and marketing team to drive leads, optimize campaigns, and grow revenue without the cost or complexity of you building an in-house team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across email, SEO, PPC, social media, and web projects.
  • Use analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager), automation (HubSpot, Marketo), and CRM (Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
  • Lead website optimization, focusing on technical SEO, UX/UI, and performance.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and social media, to successfully implement integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Act as the main client liaison, providing regular project updates, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements through thorough reviews and approvals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate high-quality leads and support conversion efforts.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Identify customer needs and content gaps, executing new topics to address them.
  • Manage marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Digital Marketing field.
  • Willingness to attend night/weekend calls (if needed).
  • Experience managing a team is highly desirable.
  • Advanced-level skill in spoken and written English is a bonus.
  • Basic understanding of running social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including analytics platforms, CRM systems, and social media management tools.

Employment Structure

  • Onsite in Banani, Dhaka | Full-time
  • Salary: BDT 40,000 - 60,000
