About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to support technical documentation and integration requirements for enterprise-level systems. This role is ideal for candidates with a Computer Science or Engineering background and experience bridging business needs with system-level solutions. Prior exposure to third-party integrations and enterprise platforms is essential. The position requires working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure robust, scalable, and compliant systems.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business and technical requirements for new system features, enhancements, or integrations.
Analyze business processes and system workflows to identify gaps and improvement areas.
Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including interface specs, system design documents, use case scenarios, and integration flows.
Act as a liaison between business teams and development/engineering teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements.
Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners for system integration activities, including API coordination, authentication, and data flow design.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system configuration, and issue resolution.
Maintain documentation repositories and version control to support audit readiness and team collaboration.
Assist in training and onboarding internal users regarding system changes or new integrations.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in business/system analysis, with a focus on enterprise systems and third-party integrations.
- Experience documenting system workflows, APIs, and technical requirements for web-based or ERP platforms.
Understanding of RESTful APIs, data mapping, and authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth, SSO).
Strong communication and documentation skills in English.
Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Temenos, or other enterprise solutions is a strong plus.
Employment Structure
Onsite in Gulshan 1 | Full-time
Salary: BDT 100,000 - 200,000 (depending on skill level)

Work Week: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
