About the Role
As a Product Designer, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the user experience across our entire product. You'll take ideas from concept to launch, creating intuitive, delightful, and impactful design solutions for travelers worldwide. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and the leadership team to define user flows, wireframes, visuals, and prototypes always keeping our users at the heart of every decision.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end product experiences from user research and journey mapping to pixel-perfect UI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, prototype, test, and iterate design concepts.
- Use qualitative insights and data to refine and evolve designs continuously.
- Help define and evolve our visual language and design system.
- Maintain high standards for design quality, usability, and accessibility.
Skill & Qualifications
- 4+ years of product design experience in consumer-facing digital products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and a range of design skills.
- Experience working across web or mobile, or both platforms, ideally in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma (our primary tool) and prototyping tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
Employment Structure
- Remote in Bangladesh | Full-time & Contractual
- Salary: US$ 1,500 - 2,500
- Benefits: Flexible working hours + Flexible holidays
