About the Role
We are scaling one of the most driven and high-performing Customer Success Teams in Bangladesh. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10 Customer Success Agents. Your job is to guide, motivate, and push your team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of 10 telesales agents.
- Track daily sales performance and ensure team targets are met.
- Conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and daily huddles.
- Analyze call data and optimize scripts, pitches, and workflows.
- Coordinate with managers to improve team efficiency and morale.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and accountability within the team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing or Business preferred).
- Candidates from National University and local institutions are highly encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 3 years of telesales or direct sales experience.
- Proven experience in leading teams is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Goal-oriented, resilient, and capable of managing under pressure.
Employment Structure
- Onsite in Jessore, Bangladesh | Full-time
- Salary: BDT 15,000. Average earning 40,000 per month based on team performance.
- Benefits: Performance bonus + uncapped sales commission
- Work Week: Saturday - Thursday, 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
